Accessible Guest Services

  • All employees of the organization who provide services to customers have undergone training and preparation in aspects of providing services to people with disabilities and have learned the skills for providing accessible services and handling customer inquiries related to accessibility services.
  • The facility has been fitted for accessibility.
  • The facility’s departments have accessible service counters and are equipped with hearing loop type hearing aid systems.
    In each department there are loop type hearing aid systems as well as earphones for those who do not have a hearing aid or who do not have a T mode in their hearing aid. To benefit from the auxiliary system, the hearing aid must be switched to the T position or use personal headphones.
  • The voice response is accessible-ready such that the information is recorded in clear language and without background music.

The issue of accessibility for people with disabilities is very important to the employees and management of Keshet Yonatan.
We are happy to serve everyone and endeavor to do our best to provide a pleasant and relaxed experience.

  • For your convenience, we have an accessibility enabled guest room, according to the accessibility regulations.
  • There is a centrally located, accessible parking lot close to the reception and the accessible guest room.
  • The main entrance to the reception is accessible and has a slight slope.
    The showers and toilets in the accessible guest room are fully accessible and in accordance with accessibility standards.
  • Most of the public areas do not have stairs and allow easy entry with a wheelchair.
  • The paths to the dining room, the synagogue, and to a variety of rooms in the lobby building are fully accessible.
  • Accessible toilets are located in the dining room and the lobby building.
  • Guests who are assisted by service animals are invited to stay with us along with the service animals. (The hotel does not allow pets in general, except in these cases, so this must be coordinated in advance with the reservation staff.)
  • All stairs have handrails and warning signs. You can also access these areas via alternative ways.
  • At the reception desk there is a service station with a loop type hearing aid system for use.
  • In the accessible guest room, it is possible to install a sound system for the TV with prior arrangement.

Additionally, our camping site contains accessibility aids for a pleasant stay.
There is an accessible parking lot at the entrance to the campsite.

There is an accessible dining table in the outdoor kitchenette (the main dining room is on a dirt floor).
Please note: In order to get to the large camping tents you have to cross an unpaved dirt road.
You can set up tents on the grass.
Arrival must be arranged in advance.
